• Information you provide – name, business name, email, phone, website, postcode or town, and the contents of forms or messages when you request a free Marketing Health-Check, book a call, or contact us. If you tick the box on the Marketing Health-Check form, this also includes your opt-in to our founding UK cohort list.
• Automatically collected data – IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Analytics data – page views and interactions, measured through analytics tools that may set cookies (see Section 3).
• Call data – if you call us, we may collect your phone number and the time and length of the call (see Section 4).
• Third-party sources – publicly available business information, such as your company website and business listings.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested calls, Marketing Health-Checks, and services.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site.
• Measure and improve our website and marketing.
• Communicate with you about our services, where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.
• Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar tracking technology, including third-party analytics tools, to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the site works.

4. Phone calls

Phone numbers on the site route to ArboScale. We do not record these calls. If we begin recording calls, we will tell you at the start of the call where the law requires it, and you can always contact us in writing instead.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers and processors who help us operate – for example, hosting and security, analytics, email, and scheduling providers – bound to protect it.
• With our affiliates within the ArboStar group to provide and support the services.
• When required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under Canada's PIPEDA or, if applicable, the GDPR/UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws). You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. If you're in the UK, your information is handled in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10. Children's privacy

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
