Submitting a form on this site (a Growth Session request or a Marketing Audit request) does not itself create a paid engagement – it's a request for us to contact you. Any paid marketing services (paid advertising, local SEO, tracking & reporting, and related work) are governed by the separate proposal or agreement you accept with us before work begins, which controls over these Terms for the scope, fees, and duration of that engagement.
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control – your market, competitors, seasonality, ad platform policies, and your business's own responsiveness to leads. While we work to grow your bookings and report honestly on what's working, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, rankings, or revenue.
Where a paid engagement is agreed, fees, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be set out in that agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, our services run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.
The content on this site – text, graphics, logos, and design – belongs to ArboScale or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share it for your own reference, but not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our permission. Your own website, accounts, and existing content remain yours; we don't claim ownership of anything you already own.
